Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. We work diligently to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

      • We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available shipping options will be displayed at the checkout based on your location.
      • We partner with reputable carriers, including USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
      3. Shipping Destinations:
          • We now offer international shipping! Please note that there may be certain restrictions or limitations on shipping to specific locations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer support for assistance.
          4. Shipping Rates:
              • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase.
              • We may offer free shipping promotions or discounts periodically. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about any ongoing offers.
              5. Order Tracking:
                  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
                  6. Customs and Duties:
                      • For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may be applicable. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

                      Return Policy

                      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

                      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

                      If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

                      Exceptions / non-returnable items
                      Certain types of items cannot be returned, including all clothing items, due to the fact they are print-on-demand. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

                      Exchanges
                      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

                      Refunds
                      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

                      *There is a restocking fee of $5 on all returns.*
